By reducing personnel foot traffic and the need for frequent regowning, our pass-thrus improve facility throughput while ensuring strict adherence to ISO 14644-1 and USP 797/800 standards. Stainless Steel Pass-Thrus (H-100SS Series)

Our H-100SS Series is the industry standard for medical and hospital applications.

• Premium Construction: Fabricated from 304 #4 finish stainless steel (316L available for high-corrosion environments).
• Custom Options: The H-100SS Stainless Steel Pass-Thru also comes with an advanced electromagnetic interlocking system (H100EML) and optional HEPA Filtration (7362HEPA EML), making it the ideal solution for USP 797/800 pharmacies, semiconductor labs, and biotech facilities. Also available with fire-rated doors.

Laminated Pass-Thrus (H-100PL Series)

The H-100PL Series offers a versatile and cost-effective solution for laboratories and general industrial cleanrooms.

• Durable Build: Constructed using 3/4" Novaply with white high-pressure plastic laminate and acrylic doors.
• Visibility: Equipped with clear acrylic doors and chrome-plated hinges.
• Mechanical Interlock System: Features a push pin lock and turn handle system.
• 100% Ready for Installation: These units come completely assembled and are ready for immediate wall-mount installation. Our models are also customizable and available in stainless steel options.

Motorized HEPA/ULPA Filtered Pass-Thrus

For environments requiring the highest level of sterility, our Motorized HEPA/ULPA Filtered units provide an active "air wash" system.

• 99.99% Filtration: High-velocity air is circulated through high-efficiency filters to scrub particulates from items during the transfer process.
• Advanced Airflow: Rated Class 100 (ISO 5) with 100 FPM, and can remove particles down to 0.3 microns. Available in both recirculating and non-recirculating models to maintain your specific room pressure requirements.
• Class 100 (ISO 5) Compatible: Ideal for the most sensitive manufacturing processes. Also available with ULPA (99.999%) or PTFE (99.9999%) filtration.
