If space is limited, a table top unit is recommended. It is both more mobile and economical. Keep in mind that a cluttered work station defeats the purpose. The larger the work area, the better the products are spaced out and the maximum chance the product will be properly cleaned. Available in stainless steel construction, quoted on request.
