Compact Fume Hoods are constructed of chemical resistant advanced composite fiberglass and come equipped with a counter-balanced safety sash. The hood is light-weight and easily moved, Because the Compact Hood is available in space saving sizes of 30"/76.2, 36"/91.4 and 48"/121.5, the hood has smaller sash openings than a full size hood. This means that less CFM is required to maintain necessary face velocities, thereby reducing the demand on the exhaust system.
