Designed to provide an atmosphere free from air-borne particles, Completely self-contained unit; not dependent on other equipment, functions effectively in uncontrolled areas. Filtered air is directed forward through a HEPA filter on the top of the chamber. 3/4" novaply, white high-pressure plastic laminate on exposed surfaces. Interior surfaces sealed to prevent shedding of particulates. Also available in 16 ga. cold rolled steel, painted white, or stainless steel with 1 /4" clear acrylic side panels. Square CRS, painted support frame. Liberty Dust Guard prefilters, 30% efficient NBS. HEPA filters 99.99% efficient on particles 0.3 micron in size or larger, Gasketing and fastening devices assure a non-leaking filter installation. Unit is standard without a work surface, uses the existing work area. Exceeds Federal Standard 209 and ISO 14644-1. Class 100 (ISO 5) conditions, High capacity forward curved blowers with direct drive blower motor(s), dynamically balanced to maintain constant air flow without the use of speed controls belt adjustment to twice the clean filter resistance. 120V, 1 phase, 60 HZ standard. 90 FPM +/- 20%. Noise level conforms to OSHA noise standards. Available in stainless steel construction, quoted on request.
